Used to study juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia and neurofibromatosis. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in autistic disorder; hematologic cancer (multiple); nervous system cancer (multiple); neurofibromatosis 1; and neurofibromatosis-Noonan syndrome.
