At VectorBuilder, we're committed to your success, both in terms of saving time at the bench and saving your money. If you come across a lower price on the same product, simply reach out to our team of experts and see if it qualifies for our price match program.
How it Works
Quote Submission
To participate in the Program, simply submit a recent and valid quote for an identical product from one of our recognized competitors. The quote should clearly display the product name, specifications, price, and the date of issuance. Quotes can be submitted to VectorBuilder's service team via email at service@vectorbuilder.com or your territory manager or account manager within 30 days of the issuance date.
Verification
Our team will review the submitted quote to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Approval
If the submitted quote is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a price-matched quote from us. The matched price will be valid for a limited time, as specified in the approval email.
Terms & Conditions
- The Program applies only to identical products offered by VectorBuilder and our recognized competitors. Products must have the same specifications, quantity, and any applicable customization options.
- The Program is available to customers who provide a recent and valid quote within 30 days of the issuance date.
- The price match will be based on the product price listed in the approved quote. Shipping, handling, taxes, and any other fees associated with the purchase are not eligible for price matching.
- The price match is subject to verification by VectorBuilder's team. We reserve the right to refuse price matching if the submitted quote does not meet the eligibility criteria or if there are discrepancies.
- The price match is not applicable to promotional, clearance, liquidation, closeout, auction prices，and non-profit organizations.
- The price match cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
- VectorBuilder reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program, or to update these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
